As part of the ongoing efforts to bolster the Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector in Ludhiana and Amritsar, the Board of School Education, Punjab has revised its Early Childhood Education (ECE) policy for pre-primary centers. The updated guidelines aim to provide a better learning experience for children aged 3-5 years, focusing on well-rounded development through play-based learning and safety measures.
Introduction of Pre-Primary Balvatika Classrooms
Board of School Education, Punjab has introduced the concept of pre-primary Balvatika classrooms for early childhood centers in Ludhiana and Amritsar. These classrooms are designed to provide a play-based learning environment for young learners aged 3-5 years, paving the way for well-rounded development. Balvatika classrooms will incorporate age-appropriate activities, educational games, and materials, building creativity, and socialization amongst children.
